How often do you say something like this:
'I am sad.'
'I am disappointed.'
'I am frustrated.'
Seems like a simple statement of how you feel at that moment right?
What if, by stating your feelings like that, you're creating more of that feeling? What if by saying, 'I am frustrated', you're calling more frustration into your life?
Rather than call more crap into your life, let's talk about how you can honestly express your feelings (not just the happy-happy-rainbows-are-coming-out-of-my-butt crap) and still create positive momentum.
