If you've experienced friction in your life, you probably have a less than positive view of it. Anytime you've felt like something is incredibly hard, is not working, does not come naturally to you, argued with someone, had your feelings hurt, you've experienced friction.
I've been thinking a lot about friction lately and it's effect on my life. I've also started to look for positive friction in my life - where is it showing up and serving me or creating an even enjoyable time?
We're going to talk about skiing today to give you a concrete example of positive friction as well as how to identify positive and negative friction in your life, and what to do when either or shows up.
