I recently revamped my morning schedule (routine?). I knew as I was figuring out how to work in what I wanted to do in the morning that I needed to make sure it was both a sustainable plan (meaning I could do this somewhat indefinitely - ie. not burnout) and that it was effective.
I also knew that I wanted to be in my office by 9am. How to do everything I was thinking of and do it pre-9am?
Today I'm talking about the power of 20 minutes. I'll share how I worked in the two main things I wanted to accomplish and how I was able to use the power of 20 minutes to ensure I was both effective and did not create a situation of overwhelm.
